Sunday, August 17th, during our congregational meeting, HTLC members voted to call Pastor Candidate Marc Cohen.
Please continue to keep the congregation, Pastor Marc, and his family uplifted in prayer during this time.
Sunday, August 24th will be Pastor Gladys last day with us as her year long contract as our as interim Pastor ends at the end of the August.
Join us for fellowship after service on August 24th as we bid her farewell and thank her for her service to HTLC for the past year. We are very thankful to Pastor Gladys for her service during our transitional period.
Please keep Pastor Gladys and her family uplifted in prayer as she moves onto her next calling.
Sunday's, August 10th, backpack blessing for all students - preschool through college, traditional and non-traditional - helped set students up to begin a new school year on the right foot.
Thank you to those that attended the back-to-school picnic as well as those that helped setup, clean up, and brought yummy food to share. It was a joy for all to re-connect before returning to school!

August 7, 2025, will live in memory of Team Holy Trinity for the Lafayette Habitat for Humanity 2025 Women’s Build forever!
Women volunteers from our congregation learned to hang dry wall, carefully slather paint on a wall, and how to navigate inhospitable picnic conditions to give those working nourishment and words of encouragement at lunch.
Thank you, Team Holy Trinity, for all the hard work and endurance in the face of tough working conditions to make such an impact on two families in our community.
Starting Sunday, August 17,those who give electronically via Vanco or through other means will be able to place in the offering plate a new laminated card from the pew rack as a symbol of their giving.
These laminated cards will be reused on other Sundays. This card has a QR Code through which you can make a donation to our church’s ministry.
